The other answers are right, but if by "I forget it" you mean that you don't remember it now, you can say "no me acuerdo" or "no me recuerdo"
I forget it = yo lo olvido
I forgot it= yo lo olvidaba or yo lo olvid茅
although you can omit "yo" and you can say: "lo olvide" cse when you say "lo olvide" you are saying in first person.
I hope it helps you!
In principle the answers are right, but you can also say:
I forget it = Me olvido
I always forget it = Siempre me olvido.
I forgot it = Me olvid茅
I forgot your birthday = Me olvid茅 de tu cumplea帽os
lo he olvidado or se me olvid贸
yo lo olvide`
se me olvido`
I means yo
The verb forget means : olvidar
Forgot is the past form of forget
I forget it: yo lo olvido
I forgot it: yo lo olvide
