First name Meanings and Origins?

I have a grandfather and a great-great-grandfather who have/had similar names and Im trying to figure out the origin and meaning. My grandfather is Arlonzia and my GGGrandfather is Arloncia. Does anyone have this name in their family tree and know where its from and what it means? Im pretty sure its German, but would like some input.

There are 2 with the name Arloncia, one in the 1930 census and one in the SSDI.
