How would translate in English this Spanish phrase SOMOS NOVIOS?

I know is not easy, but there's have to be someone who has the right translationHow would translate in English this Spanish phrase SOMOS NOVIOS?
Men of the Corn, Hi,

That's from Armando Manzanero's song?

Somos Novios is difficult to translate as it

is more that boyfriend and girlfriend, it is

more like bride to be and groom to be,

so the best way to translate the emotions

of this phrase is to say 'We are Lovers'.

We are a couple doesn't quite cut it either.

Hope it helps.
We are dating

AnaHow would translate in English this Spanish phrase SOMOS NOVIOS?
It means: We are bride and groom

I found a great site a while back that translates. Here it is you can put anything in either way. English to Spanish and Spanish to English.How would translate in English this Spanish phrase SOMOS NOVIOS?
we're a couple.
We麓re a couple
We are Boyfriend and Girlfriend. Novio implies a serious relationship, not a casual one.
we are a couple
Novio=Fianc茅, Boy friend (intimate),Bridegroom

Novia=Fianc茅e,Girlfriend (intimate),Bride, Sweetheart

Novio+Novia= Novios

So when you say Somos Novios, it means the combination of one of the above two.
cutiekitti101 is right it does mean We're boyfriend and girlfriend.
we are lovers
We're boyfriend and girlfriend.
"We are boyfriend and girlfriend." or more vaguely, "We are together."
We are dating or we're going out if it is a recent relationship or not very formal.

We're engaged/ he's my fianc茅 if it is more formal or steady.
